Online Payment Terms and Conditions
Notice before payment:
By clicking "Pay Now", you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of payment, and fully agree to them.
1. Payments are made securely via a payment link, using Mada, Visa, or Mastercard only.
2. Full payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking. No service will be provided until payment is successfully received.
3. All payments are final and non-refundable once completed, unless the cancellation is initiated by the Company.
4. No cancellations or modifications are allowed after payment, unless approved by the Company and subject to availability.
5. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information (e.g., location, service type, booking time, and vehicle details). The Company is not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect data.
6. Any chargeback or payment dispute made without prior coordination and approval from the Company will be considered a breach of terms and may result in service suspension and legal action.
7. The Company's liability is limited to refunding the amount paid — if a fault or mistake attributable to the Company is established. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service or the payment process.
